About Heritage Construction CA

Built From the Field. Structured for Performance.

Heritage Construction CA was built on hands-on trade experience and a deep understanding of how construction actually works in the field. Long before operating as a general contractor, our foundation was formed through years of union trade work, where quality, safety, and accountability were non-negotiable.

That background shapes how Heritage operates today. We don’t approach projects as sales opportunities. We approach them as scopes to be planned, coordinated, and executed correctly. Every project begins with clear expectations, defined responsibilities, and a practical understanding of sequencing and constructability.

After establishing Heritage Construction CA, the company grew with a focus on roofing and building envelope work, expanding into related scopes only when it improved coordination, scheduling, or overall project performance. This approach allows us to maintain control without overextending resources or diluting accountability.

Our work spans residential and commercial projects, and regardless of size, the standard remains the same: organized planning, consistent communication, and field oversight through completion. We stay involved through final inspection and closeout to ensure work is delivered as expected.

Our Process

Initial Assessment

01

Site Evaluation & Scope Review

We assess existing conditions, review provided plans or specifications, and identify access, sequencing, and code considerations. This ensures the scope is clearly defined before pricing or scheduling begins.

02

Scheduling & Coordination

Project timelines are established based on site conditions, inspections, and trade coordination. Early planning reduces delays and keeps work moving efficiently.

03

Estimating & Budgeting

Detailed takeoffs and estimates are prepared using real field data and supplier pricing. This approach minimizes surprises and helps control costs throughout the project.

Construction

01

Quality Control

Work is continuously reviewed to ensure it meets project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and Heritage quality standards.
